Anthony Jones, Group CEO
Anthony’s career of more than 20 years in the transport and logistics industry extends across road, rail and sea.
In his early career, Anthony joined Patrick in 1999 and quickly progressed through the operational ranks to management and senior executive positions at Patrick, Pacific National and Asciano.
In 2016, Anthony was appointed as Group CEO of LINX Cargo Care Group, following the separation from Patrick and Asciano.
In addition to his role as Group CEO, Anthony is Chairman of C3 Limited, Chairman of Albany Bulk Handling, and Board Member of Autocare Services, GeelongPort and LDCMI Pty Ltd.
Chris Simpson, Group CCO
Chris has held various leadership roles within LINX, Pacific National and Asciano working across the strategy, business development and commercial functions. Chris began his career in investment banking where he worked for over ten years for organisations such as Goldman Sachs and Dresdner Kleinwort providing advice to corporates predominantly in Australian and European markets. As Chief Commercial Officer, Chris is responsible for the Group’s strategic planning, commercial leadership, and delivering on growth opportunities.
Tom Herring, Group CFO
Tom has more than 15 years of financial, commercial, planning and audit experience across a range of industry sectors. Prior to his appointment as Group Chief Financial Officer, Tom held the role of CFO for the LINX business unit and previously held senior financial and commercial roles at Asciano and Patrick. Tom is a Chartered Accountant, ICAEW and holds a Masters of Business Administration.
Andrew Simpson, Group COO
Andrew’s background includes extensive senior leadership and operational management in the logistics and supply chain industry over 20 years at Toll Holdings Limited, McAleese Group and Asciano, where he held general management roles in both the Patrick and Pacific National Divisions. As Group Chief Operating Officer, Andrew is responsible for centralising our operational leadership to enable us to share best practice and capability across the organisation, while leading safety across the supply chain.
Peter Seaman, Executive GM Health, Safety & Environment
Peter commenced in the Bulk & Automotive Port Services business when it was part of Patrick in 2015, following 10 years of senior HSE roles in Boral. Peter also has a diversified background in operations and finance across heavy industry, particularly in Mining and Construction. As Executive GM Health, Safety & Environment, Peter’s portfolio includes Health, Safety, Environment and Workers’ Compensation.
Carlo Cutinelli, Executive GM Customer & Business Development
Carlo leads the sales and business development functions for the group. Having spent more than 17 years in the industry, he has extensive knowledge and experience within the rail, road and sea modes across the industry. Having held senior leadership roles with some of Australia’s largest companies, including Pacific National (Asciano), Toll Holdings and SCT Logistics, Carlo is committed to ensuring the growth of LINX Cargo Care Group continues.
Claire Robertson, General Counsel
Claire has worked in various legal roles across the business, including roles with Patrick and Asciano since 2014. Claire has extensive experience in general corporate commercial law and employment law, across various industry sectors, including transport and logistics, building and construction and mining. As General Counsel for LINX Cargo Care Group, Claire oversees the organisation’s portfolio of liabilities and risks.
Sheridan Jones, GM Corporate Affairs
Sheridan is an experienced Corporate Affairs professional with over 20 years of business experience, which includes Government Relations, corporate communications, employee engagement, and change management expertise that addresses strategic business issues to drive transformational change and brand experience. Sheridan has been leading the Corporate Affairs function at LINX Cargo Care Group since 2016. Previously, Sheridan was Head of Communications for Patrick, Communications Director at Jack Morton World-wide, and Head of Communications at Optus for over 10 years. As General Manager Corporate Affairs, Sheridan leads a diverse portfolio of Government Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Management, Media, Marketing, Sponsorship, Corporate Social Responsibility and Digital.
Emma Porteous, GM Human Resources
Emma has been leading the HR function for LINX cargo Care Group since early 2017, and prior to this held several senior roles in the Patrick/Asciano HR team. Emma has a diverse background, with an HR career spanning telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and transport and logistics.
Thomas Gianniodis, GM IT
Tom is an experienced senior IT leader with over 15 years' industry experience providing strategic, operational and transformational leadership within IT Operations. As LINX Cargo Care Group General Manager IT, Tom's focus is on delivering and managing sustainable and cost-effective IT operations enterprise wide.
Victor Tello, CEO Autocare Services
Victor is a high-level senior executive with a record of success in several industries obtained in head office as well as operational environments in Australia and overseas. His previous roles include Managing Director AutoNexus and Director Service Support at Inchcape, as well as senior roles with Komatsu Australia, including Chief Financial Officer.
Parke Pittar, CEO C3
Parke brings extensive industry, management, financial and operational experience to the group, having spent many years in the ports industry, including nine years as Chief Commercial Officer at Port Nelson and almost four years as Chief Operating Officer at C3. As CEO, Parke drives C3’s growth and expansion plan, leveraging the capabilities of LINX Cargo Care Group as well as his strong relationships with industry and port stakeholders.
Brett Winter, CEO GeelongPort
Brett commenced his maritime logistics career working for Toyota Australia in their export program, before moving into a number of supply chain management roles. Joining Patrick in 2007, Brett has held leadership roles in Business Development, Transport, Stevedoring and Port Facilities Management. As GeelongPort CEO, Brett is responsible for the management of key port assets, operational service delivery and driving the Port’s growth strategy.
