LINX FastTrax is a five-week pre-employment course that will provide you with training and nationally recognised Certificate III traineeship opportunities in Driving Operations and Supply Chain Operations.
Selected participants will then have an opportunity to begin a two-year traineeship with LINX upon successful completion of the course.
Training is Monday to Wednesday each week and is run through LINX’s training partner, Innovative Learning Solutions Pty Ltd t/as Fusion Training Solutions RTO ID 91812.

Who can participate?
We’re looking for people from all walks of life, from all backgrounds to keep the supply chain moving. We want new members who will act like they own it and bring new perspectives and ideas to help refresh the sector’s operations and business systems and processes. The only must have for applicants to be considered is a Provisional P2 (Green Ps) licence.
What is involved?
Applicants first complete a hands-on five-week pre-employment program. From there, successful applicants can be selected for a traineeship with LINX in one of the dedicated pathways: driving operations or supply chain operations. The appropriate pathway will be selected based on the individual’s career aspirations and operational requirements at the time of intake.
Each dedicated pathway provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to start an entry level operations position within a business like LINX. These pathways take participants through the loading and unloading of goods, securing and protecting the load, completing all required documentation, administrative procedures and more.
What do participants get out of LINX FastTrax?
Upon successful completion of the 5 week pre-employment training, participants receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment for the below units of competency.
Selected participants who successfully complete the two-year traineeship with LINX, will also receive a Certificate III (or IV) in Driving Operations or Supply Chain Operations.
